What is Reiki?
Reiki is a holistic healing practice that harnesses the body’s natural energy. The term “Reiki” comes from the Japanese words "Rei" (universal) and "Ki" (life energy). It works on the principle that when your energy is balanced, your body can heal itself.
During a Reiki session, a practitioner gently places their hands on or near your body, channeling healing energy to promote relaxation.

What to Expect
During a Reiki session Jules places her hands above, or gently touching the client's body, directing energy to assist the body's natural healing response.
The client will lie comfortably on the Reiki table fully clothed. Jules works on each area for around 3 minutes.
Clients may feel a warmth, a popping or a tingling sensation. Jules remains in each hand position until she senses the energy has stopped flowing.
The length of the session will vary between 45 - 90 minutes, and there will be time at the end to discuss feelings and sensations that were experienced.
